Terms of Service
These terms explain how RideAccept app access, payment plans, support, and driver responsibility work. By using the website or Android app, you agree to use RideAccept safely and lawfully.
Independent Android utility
RideAccept is an independent driver utility. It is not owned by, operated by, endorsed by, or officially connected with ride, delivery, courier, taxi, logistics, or marketplace platforms. You are responsible for following platform rules, local laws, road safety requirements, and device-use regulations.
Account and device responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your registered email, device, app permissions, and login access accurate and secure. Support may ask for your registered email, order id, plan name, device model, and issue details to verify the correct account.
Plans and activation
Paid access activates after successful payment gateway verification and internal plan update. Activation can depend on network availability, payment confirmation, Firebase availability, and correct account details. Keep your order id until the app confirms that the plan is active.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, bypass payment checks, tamper with service records, share paid access in an unauthorized way, or use RideAccept to violate another platform's policies. We may limit or suspend access if usage creates security, payment, support, or abuse risk.
Safe use requirement
Do not change app settings, complete payments, read support messages, or troubleshoot permissions while driving or riding. Stop in a safe location first. RideAccept is a utility and does not replace judgment, legal compliance, traffic awareness, or official platform instructions.
Payments and refunds
Payment availability, currency, and gateway may vary by country. Refund handling is described on the Refund Policy page. If a payment is successful but app activation is delayed, contact support with the order id before creating another payment.
Changes to service
RideAccept may update plans, pricing, app behavior, support processes, website content, and these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
