RideAccept uses a practical privacy approach: collect the minimum information required to run app access, payment activation, support, security checks, and service communication.
Information we collect
We may process your registered email address, user id, device id, plan status, payment order metadata, support messages, app settings state, and basic website analytics. This information helps us identify the correct account, confirm access, investigate support requests, and keep the product stable.
How we use information
RideAccept uses information to activate plans, verify payment results, prevent duplicate or suspicious orders, answer support messages, improve help content, and maintain app reliability. We do not sell personal information.
Payment records
Checkout is processed by third-party payment gateways such as Cashfree or PayPal depending on location and currency. RideAccept stores limited payment metadata, including order id, gateway, amount, currency, plan name, payment status, and activation status. Full card, bank, wallet, or PayPal login details are handled by the payment gateway, not by RideAccept.
Firebase and service providers
RideAccept may use Firebase services for account-related records, plan state, payment requests, support messages, and app configuration. Service providers are used only to operate the website, app, payment verification, support workflow, analytics, hosting, or security monitoring.
Retention and security
We keep records for as long as needed to provide service, resolve payment issues, meet operational needs, and protect against misuse. We use reasonable technical and administrative safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of account-related information where legally and operationally possible. Some payment and support records may need to be retained for dispute handling, accounting, fraud prevention, or compliance.
